The doctor is usually drunk so he missed the fact that Baron von Geigern is broke and trying to steal eccentric dancer Grusinskaya’s pearls. He ends up stealing her heart instead. Powerful German businessman Preysing brow beats Kringelein, one of his company’s lowly bookkeepers but it is the terminally ill Kringelein who holds all the cards in the end. Meanwhile, the Baron also steals the heart of Preysing’s mistress, Flaemmchen, but she doesn’t end up with either one of them in the end…

Their songs are about love and freedom, present times, disappointments, ups and downs — something that everybody goes through. They are loved by thousands of FM radio fans for their song «Po provodam» and another song «Ne moi slova» became one of the theme songs for Russia’s STS channel tv series «Ryzhaya». The band was formed in 2001 by 3 school friends from Kostroma, who simply decided to play some music of their own. Influenced by Oasis, U2 and Coldplay, they still thought it was best for them to write their songs in Russian. Moscow audience became aware of Nulevoy Meridian in 2006 after band’s debut performance at the Emmaus Festival, followed by even more successful appearance on the main stage of the same festival next year. In 2008 Nulevoy Meridian performed at Nashestvie — Russia’s biggest music festival. Their official debut album 5 Minut Do Starta was released in 2009.
